Afex® Boxer Briefs are an essential part of the Afex Incontinence Management System Starter Kit.

Special features of these unique boxer briefs:

• Support the Afex Receptacle that connects to the Afex Collection Bag, which enables the whole system to provide the maximum level of urinary leakage protection
• More comfortable to wear than disposable briefs
• More cost effective than disposable briefs
• More gentle on sensitive skin than disposable briefs
• Functional and comfortable for all activity levels
• Made from cotton/spandex fabric blend for comfort and a smooth snug fit
• Elastic strap inside the brief’s front holds the Afex Receptacle in place
• An opening in the brief’s crouch allows the receptacle to connect to the Afex Collection Bag

The briefs are machine washable and available in two styles:

Afex Standard Boxer Brief – features a snap open horizontal fly front for easier access and longer pant legs with activity tabs to stabilize the Collection Bag. This brief also supports the High or the Low Style Receptacle and is the best choice for men that are more sports active.

Afex Open Sided Boxer Brief – designed with side openings secured by Velcro® closures. This brief style, recommended for the non-ambulatory and the bedridden, supports the High or the Low Style Receptacle and is easier for wheelchair users and caregivers to put on and to take off.

Available Sizes

The Afex Standard Boxer Briefs' sizes range from size small to a size 6X-large (see sizing chart below). Sizes 4X-large to 6X-large are by special order only and may take two to three weeks for delivery.

Afex Open Sided Boxer Briefs are available in two sizes: size small and size X-large. Size small fits waist measuring 28 - 38 inches and size X-large fits waist measuring 40 - 50 inches.
