Shipping Calculation

Elder Shoppe offers domestic and international shipping using United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping carriers. Shipping charges, calculated by the application-programming interface (API) software provided to us by each carrier, are an estimate and actual shipping charges may vary. Each order’s shipping charges are determined based on the combined weight of all items purchased and the distance of the “ship to address” provided.

Shipping Charges

To determine the shipping charges for your order, choose the product or products including their quantities that you would like to order, then click on the big orange "add to cart" tab. The "add to cart" tab links you to your "shopping cart." After all of your selected items and quantities are in your shopping cart, click on the big green "checkout" tab and enter the “ship to address”. Once the “ship to address” is entered, a list of available shipping options appears. Choose the shipping option best for you and continue to follow the prompts.

Shipping Choices and Delivery Schedule

The following is a list of domestic shipping choices available and estimated time of delivery by carrier: 


  • First Class Mail – for packages weighing 13 ounces or less – estimated 2 to 3 day delivery

  • Priority Mail – estimated 1 to 3 day delivery

  • Express Mail – overnight in most locations

  • US Parcel Post – estimated 2 to 8 day delivery


  • USP Ground – estimated 1 to 7 day delivery

  • UPS Next Day – express overnight delivery

  • UPS 2nd Day – estimated 2 day delivery

  • UPS 3-Day Select – estimated 3 day delivery

  • All international and US Armed Forces overseas shipments are shipped using US Postal Service Priority Mail.

    Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the same business day. However, shipping dates vary if the product(s) are on backorder or are drop shipped from the manufacturer. Please Note: Customers are notified of all shipping delays immediately by email or by phone.Additional Shipping OptionsA third party shipping option is also available. Customers who prefer to use their own shipping provider may do so by contacting customer service or by entering their request in the "special instruction" section on the "check out page" and providing their shipping account number.

    Every order shipped from Elder Shoppe receives a tracking number. This tracking number is automatically emailed from the carrier to the customer and entered into the customer's order daily. Please Note: Orders dropped shipped from the manufacturer may or may not have a tracking number. If a tracking number is available from the manufacturer, as soon as Elder Shoppe receives it, it will be added to the order's shipping status.
