Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be resalable in their original packaging and include all printed materials like product instructions and registration cards. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You will be assigned a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. please DO NOT send back any merchandise without an RMA.

Certain products are NOT RETURNABLE. Examples include disposable pads, incontinence products, bath safety chairs, toileting aids and other personal hygiene items and most eating utensils. Afex incontinence products are not returnable.

Non-returnable items rae clearly marked on on the packing slips and ales receipts shipped directly from ElderShoppe. Items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer may not show that the product is "non-returnable" on the enclosed packing slip. In these cases, information on non-returnable items will show on our website"s product page or here under our return policy guidelines.

Some returns that have been drop shipped from the manufacturer may incur a re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping

Most items for domestic orders are shipped via USPS, Fedex or UPS. If ordered before 2.00 pm EST we will try to ship orders on the SAME day unless any item on the order is on backorder.

For international shipping please call or email for rates. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
